Nico Heilijgers was selected by a jury from no less than 50 artists to portray former mayor of Utrecht, Jan van Zanen. A great honor and we congratulate Nico Heilijgers wholeheartedly. The artwork will be unveiled at the beginning of February and will be given a place in the gallery of honor of the Utrecht city hall.
